Back in unison we go to «1 and»
I use the push-pull technique here, but you can also do this exercise with the wrist and finger technique.

Играем попеременно 16-е в унисон двумя руками, затем обычный single stroke roll 32-ми.
Обратно в унисон переходим на «1 и»
